Junior Division – Male and Female amateur golfers, 14 to 18 years of age, who have not reached their 19th birthday by August 8, 2008.
Bantam Division - Male and Female amateur golfers, 11 to 13 years of age, who have not reached their 14th birthday by August 8, 2008

Canadian Junior Championship Eligibility (Boys and Girls):
Junior - This competition is open to amateur golfers who have not reached their 19th birthday by the last scheduled day of the championship, August 8, 2008.
Juvenile - This competition is open to amateur golfers who have not reached their 17th birthday by the last scheduled day of the championship, August 8, 2008.

Men’s Mid-Amateur Eligibility:
Mid-Amateur - This competition is open to male amateur golfers who have reached their 25th birthday by the first scheduled day of the championship, August 19, 2008.
Mid-Master - This competition is open to male amateur golfers who have reached their 40th birthday by the first scheduled day of the championship, August 19, 2008.

Women’s Amateur Eligibility:
Mid-Amateur - This competition is open to amateur golfers who have reached their 25th birthday by the first scheduled day of the championship, July 29, 2008.
Mid-Master - This competition is open to amateur golfers who have reached their 40th birthday by the first scheduled day of the championship, July 29, 2008.

Women’s Senior Eligibility:
Senior: - This competition is open to amateur golfers who have reached their 50th birthday by the first scheduled day of the championship, August 26, 2008.
Super Senior - This competition is open to amateur golfers who have reached their 60th birthday by the first scheduled day of the championship, August 26, 2008.

Men’s Senior Eligibility:
Senior - This competition is open to male amateur golfers who have reached the age of 55 by September 9, 2008.
Super Senior - This competition is open to male amateur golfers who have reached the age of 70 by September 9, 2008.
